Our Virtual Assistant service deals with all of your website content matters, such as adding or updating your website text, documents, photographs or logos, or minor layout re-structuring of the content. Any operations that you can do yourself through the content management system can be handled by our virtual assistant; you simply email us with the details of what you want to change, with any new text, documents, photos or logos and our virtual assistant service will take care of the rest.

Virtual Assistant services also include converting documents for web use - such as generating PDF documents from Word documents and basic editing/cropping/adjustments to photos and converting them for web use. As an extra bonus, if you have no suitable photographs or logos for an item, we will offer to use one from our extensive library absolutely free of charge.

Virtual technician

Our Virtual Technician service is one level up from the Virtual Assistant service and covers all of the work areas of the Virtual Assistant but additionally covers the more technically challenging aspects related to the overall structure of the website, such as adding new menu items, changing framework structure, adding entire new pages, changing the overall layout of pages.
